The Athens Market and Environmental Demands

Athens, GA, is a vibrant hub known for its growing population and a unique blend of historic architecture and contemporary expansion. The local economy, bolstered by the university and a thriving small business scene, creates a high demand for versatile property maintenance. However, the Northeast Georgia climate presents specific challenges. Our region experiences high humidity, heavy seasonal rainfall, and fluctuating temperatures that can wreak havoc on building materials.

High-quality professional installation is essential in this environment. Without expert intervention, the red clay soil and moisture levels can lead to foundation shifts, wood rot, and roofing degradation. We understand these local variables, ensuring that every renovation is engineered to withstand the specific environmental pressures of the area while enhancing the aesthetic value of your property.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I usually don’t do reviews but in this case is very well warranted. Luis and his brother John did and extremely good job of building us a new deck. The old one was falling apart they tore it down and we had a brand new deck is about 2 weeks with a new concrete pad. They hauled away everything and made any necessary repairs to the siding if needed. They even painted a portion of the siding that had been repaired from an earlier storm without asking. Just did it. I highly recommend Rivas Renovations. They are on speed dial for future projects

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely pleased with Luis and his crew🤩I needed a whole new deck to replace the 20+ yr old one I had. Reached out for estimates from a couple of different places. Luis was the only one that took time to come out and look at it, everyone else just wanted pictures of the old deck and then gave me a price to replace it. The best part was that he had the best price out of all of them too. We asked a lot of questions and he never got annoyed. The deck is fabulous and he went above and beyond my expectations. His work is meticulous and I just can't say enough good things about this company. We will use him in the future for other renovation projects too! I posted pics of the new deck and the previous old deck so you can see the transformation! And he and his crew were super nice, Thank you Luis!!
