Clarke County is the smallest county in Georgia by land area and the densest by housing, built around the Athens-Clarke unified government. The housing stock runs from century old homes near downtown Athens to recent subdivisions on the edges of the county, and the two need very different work.
Working with one general contractor across a whole job matters more than it sounds. A roof replacement that turns up rotten decking becomes a framing job, then a drywall and paint job inside.
